The .GOV Awards have been established to highlight the world leading progress that the Gulf region has made in the field of smart government and the use of information technology to drive progress and improve lives. The .GOV Awards Saudi Arabia joins the .GOV regional series of awards that also sees the government sectors in Dubai & Northern Emirates and Abu Dhabi & the Federal Government recognised in IT accomplishments in the past 12 months. These awards will recognise the outstanding work that has been conducted by the government sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the past 12 months, in emerging fields such as online services, mobile applications and smart cities.
The .GOV Awards Saudi Arabia will be held in Riyadh for the third year to celebrate IT achievements in the KSA government sector, with more than 250 heads of government entities and technology professionals expected to attend. The awards promise to provide an unrivalled networking and business development opportunity as well as a platform to honour the government sector’s top IT performers.
The .GOV Awards Saudi Arabia will be presented in 15 categories recognising new online services, successful deployments carried out by government departments, new initiatives in government services and outstanding leaders.
This edition of the awards is open to government entities and partners across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
